- [22-16-4] Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Bar cooler underneath the shelves inside of the bar cooler. Operator cleaned and sanitized area.
- [29-49-6] Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. In bar cooler, operator removed standing water from the bottom of the cooler by wiping with towels then sanitized the area with sanitizing solution.
