The salmon is completely thawed. The package does have a label indicating the salmon must be removed from packaging prior to thawing.
  • [12A-09-4] Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Employee at cookline reached into his pocket with gloved hand, then handled tongs without washing hands or changing gloves. The employee washed hands and changed gloves during this inspection.
