  • [11-27-4] Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Observed no written plan on site.
  • [31A-09-4] Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed hand-sink blocked with bowl and sieve. Employee removed.
  • [16-37-1] No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed no test strips on site.
  • [05-08-4] No probe thermometer provided to measure temperature of food products. Observed no probe thermometer on site.
  • [11-26-1] No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Observed two employees with no written plan on site. Inspector will email form.
