Operator stated items in cooler overnight. See Stop Sale. Also, house made marinara, cooked vegetables, chili (52F-55F - Cold Holding) in walk-in-cooler. Observed pans blocking air flow in cooler. Operator stated pans blocking fans were placed in cooler about 30 minutes prior. Operator had employee remove pans and lowered temperature of cooler.

Observed spray bottle containing toxic substance stored next to single use box of straws on shelf in dry food storage area and next to single use plastic wrap on another shelf in dry food storage area. Operator removed cleaners to properly store.
