At kitchen reach in cooler, cooked beans (54F - Cooling)@10:10 since 6:00am, 54F @10:57; cooked rice (67F - Cooling)@10:10 since 6:00am, 67F @10:59, at the current rate, items will not reach 41F within 6 hours. Advised operator of proper cooling parameters. Operator moved items to different cooler to fascilitate cooling.
