  • [28-14-5] Evidence of mop/cleaning wastewater dumped onto ground. Grease and grey water standing on ground near outdoor mop sink.
  • [36-30-4] Wall not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, warewashing areas or bathroom. Unsealed plywood and paint peeling from walls near walk-in freezer.

  • [14-15-4] Nonfood-grade containers used for food storage - direct contact with food. Cornbread stored inside grocery bag inside reach-in cooler near cookline. Cornbread is in direct contact with the grocery bag. Employee moved the cornbread to a food-grade container during this inspection.
