[01B-02-5] Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. In make table reach in cooler on cook line, 6 pans of cut lettuce (50-52F - Cold Holding). Operator stated cut lettuce was left in cooler over night and cooler was turned off. Operator voluntarily discarded.
[41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. In back storage room, spray bottle of freezer and cooler cleanser stored in box of small paper to go bags. Operator removed spray bottle and discarded top bags on the pile.

Operator began to clean but will need to break down machine to clean better, Also, on soda machine near from counter, interior of ice chute and soda nozzle soiled with mold-like substance. Operator began to clean.
[03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In reach in cooler on cook line to right of grill, Canadian bacon (44F - Cold Holding). Operator stated it was put in cooler form walk-in cooler no more than 1 hour and put item back into walk-in cooler to bring temperature down. Also, in make table reach in cooler on cook line, 6 pans cut lettuce (50-52F - Cold Holding). Operator stated cut lettuce was left in cooler over night and cooler was turned off. Operator voluntarily discarded.
[22-16-4] Reach-in cooler/reach in freezer interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Interior of reach in freezer on cook line used for chicken, bottom soiled with food debris.

Also, floor under bag- in- box soda rack in back storage room soiled with food debris. Also, floor under fryers/fry warmer soiled with food debris/build up/grease. Also, floor under soda machine at drive through window soiled with food debris/buildup. Also, wall of mop soiled with mold-like substance.
[22-08-4] Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Interior of bun toaster on cook line has build up of food debris.
