Operator stated cut lettuce was left in cooler over night and cooler was turned off. Operator voluntarily discarded.
- [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. In back storage room, spray bottle of freezer and cooler cleanser stored in box of small paper to go bags. Operator removed spray bottle and discarded top bags on the pile.

Also, in make table reach in cooler on cook line, 6 pans cut lettuce (50-52F - Cold Holding). Operator stated cut lettuce was left in cooler over night and cooler was turned off. Operator voluntarily discarded.
