[16-55-4] Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Chlorine dish machine has a sign stating do not use . Per operator he tested this morning and it was not properly sanitizing . He has a work order in place.
[13-07-4] Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Multiple employees wearing bracelets and rings. Employees removed
[16-13-5] Equipment and utensils not washed, rinsed and sanitized in the correct order in three-compartment sink. Do not use dishes/equipment not properly sanitized. Sink had sanitizing water on the sink that is meant to be use to rinse dishes.
[29-49-6] Standing water in bottom of reach-in-cooler. Standing water on reach in cooler on Mc cafe machine . Employee cleaned.
[21-12-4] Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses.
[29-42-4] Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. No vac flow preventer for outside faucet in dumpster area.
