  • [02D-02-4] Baked goods in front of store for sale made in home kitchen, educated operator removed from counter. Labeled from last inspection, however person that makes them was on site and she stated made at home.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Knives holder back of kitchen has food debris on top and inside. Hobart slicers in back of kitchen soiled with food debris. One back table and one front table.
