Observed dishes and pans being rinsed, left in sink filled with soap and bleach, rinsed again and left to air dry. Discussed with dish washer and person in charge. Person in charge filled sanitizer with water and bleach to start sanitizing.

Observed dish washer rinse pans and dishes, placed them in middle sink filled with soap and bleach, then rinse them again and place them to air dry. Disused proper wash, rinse, sanitize procedures with person in charge and dish washing employee. Employee filled sanitation side with water and bleach.
