  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Multiple gaskets for coolers and freezers are soiled.

  • [08A-04-5] Raw animal food stored over or with unwashed produce. Raw fish stored over unwashed plantains inside walk-in cooler.
  • [53B-05-5] Required employee training expired for all employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. All food handler certificates are expired on April 11, 2026.
  • [08A-20-5] Raw animal foods not properly separated from each other in holding unit based upon minimum required cooking temperature. Raw shell eggs and raw chicken stored over raw beef inside walk-in cooler.
  • [22-38-5] No sanitizer of any kind available for warewashing. Only use single-service items to serve food to customers until sanitizer is available for warewashing. No sanitizer available in establishment. Manager obtained a bottle of chlorine at time of inspection.
