Observed one employee touch a soil cloth placed over a speaker system, and then handled ready to eat beef empanadas without removing dirty gloves or washing hands. Discussed with employee to always wash hands after a change of task or touching soil surfaces employee use tongs to remove beef empanadas, then washed hands and change gloves.
