  • [21-09-4] Wet wiping cloths used for occasional spills on equipment food- and nonfood-contact surfaces not clean. Observed dirty wet towel used to clean counter prep . Owner replaced it immediately for a clean towel .
  • [24-05-4] Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed pots not inverted on shelving
  • [29-11-4] Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed a leak from pipe underneath the 3 compartment sink

  • [36-73-4] Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Accumulation of debris on the floor under equipments and inside the walk in cooler.
