One broken fryer moved next to mop sink. One reach in fliptop cooler added to adjacent, new 4-burner, table top gas burner on front line. Large upright reach in cooler has been moved to the back wall adjacent to mop sink. One wire shelf, two kitchen prep tables with two microwaves stored in center of kitchen front line cook. Walk in cooler is used as dry storage. One reach in chest freezer and one small reach in freezer/reach in cooler combo are stored inside walk-in cooler. A plan review handout has been provided to the manager at time of inspection.
  • [36-73-4] Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Floor beneath front line cook heavily soiled with food debris.
