Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed chlorine concentration at 0 ppm. Educated operator on proper concentration. Operator primed sanitizer and called technician.

Time extend for next unannounced inspection.
