  • [02C-02-5] Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Rice , pasta salad, chicken , steak, quinoa , tuna chicken salad prepared on Monday and Tuesday with no labels.
  • [03B-01-6] Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. carnitas (78F - Hot Holding); steak (96F - Hot Holding); black beans (90F - Hot Holding) all kept hot holding in steam well for 1hr , inspector asked owner to reheat to 165F. Rechecked items raging from 136 to 210 F
  • [13-07-4] Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Employee with bracelet , employee removed.
  • [21-08-4] Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Sanitizer bucket with 0 ppm. Rechecked after adding chemical 150 ppm
  • [13-03-4] Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Employee preparing smoothie and other items with no hair restraint.
  • [11-01-5] Certified Food Manager or person in charge failed to notify the division of employee diagnosed with Norovirus, Hepatitis A, Shigella spp., Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli, Typhoid fever (caused by Salmonella Typhi) or Salmonella (nontyphoidal).
  • [53B-01-5] No proof of required state approved employee training provided for any employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233.
  • [31B-03-4] No soap provided at handwash sink. No soap on hand sink located on front counter No soap on hand sink located in prep area. Inspector washed hands with dish soap , operator place soap in front counter.
  • [35B-02-4] Insect control device installed over food preparation area. Bug zapper lamp located over boxes of spinach wraps . Owner removed .
