- [16-13-5] Equipment and utensils not washed, rinsed and sanitized in the correct order in three-compartment sink. Do not use dishes/equipment not properly sanitized. Observed soap with chlorine inside sanitize basin at 3CS. Confirmed with operator. Operator was coached and set up properly.
