- [10-07-4] In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in use utensils in standing room temperature water by the rice warmer and next to fryer. Operator dumped water and ran utensils through dish machine.
- [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed hand washing sink located at the server station behind sushi bar being used as a prep sink. Discussed with operator hand wash sink are only for handwashing to prevent reduce cross contamination. Operator removed items from hand sink.
- [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. In the reach in cooler across from cook top, observed a container of raw chicken placed on top of cut ready to eat onion. Operator rearranged for proper storage.
- [01B-13-4] Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. Employee switched from working with raw food to ready-to-eat food without washing hands. Observed operator handler raw beef and then proceeded to work with margarine butter. Discussed with operator there must be a hand wash and gloves change in between working with raw and then ready to eat foods.

Upon arrival no certified food manager present, total of 6 food handler employees working. CFM arrived at time of inspection.
- [12A-20-4] Employee washed hands with no soap. Observed food handler wash hands with gloves on with just water. Discussed with operator the proper technique for hand washing. Food handler removed gloves and washed hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds.
