Observed cook place roasted peppers on salad with bare hands.
  • [09-01-4] Employee touching ready-to-eat food with their bare hands - food was not being heated as a sole ingredient to 145 degrees F or immediately added to other ingredients to be cooked/heated to the minimum required temperature to allow bare hand contact. Establishment has no approved Alternative Operating Procedure. Observed cook place roasted peppers on salad with bare hands.

  • [51-15-4] Establishment increased seating without providing written approval from the local fire authority and wastewater provider. A tiki bar has been added with additional 50+ seats establishment is licensed for 30 seats . Seating evaluation form was emailed several times at previous inspections.
  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Observed raw beef patties stored over tater tots at reach in cooler at cook line. Manager rearranged products.
  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cooked sausage (57F - Cold Holding); diced ham (54F - Cold Holding) at reach in cooler at pizza station. As per employee, cooked sausage placed inside unit on the previous day and ham inside unit less than 2 hours.
