Discussed with person in charge. Person in charge moved pasta to other coolers too cool.

Observed half gallon of open milked opened on Sunday per person in charge missing date mark. Person in charge added date mark during inspection.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed cutting board on flip-top cooler stained with food debris and black streaks.
