Employee after drinking didnt take off gloves and/or washed hands. Manager corrected the employee. Employee washed hands.
  • [41-21-4] Original container of toxic substance or chemical does not bear the manufacturers label. Bowl with soap next to coffee maker. Operator labeled it.
