- [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed soiled door gaskets WIC and RIC and reach cooler for fruit prep area in the front. Observed soiled the vent inside the reach in cooler across prep station and the vent of the ice machine in the font area.
- [50-09-4] Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. Operator was able to print and post before inspection ended.
