- [24-18-4] Silverware/utensils stored upright with the food-contact surface up. Observed spoons improperly stored at waiter station at front counter.
- [14-17-4] Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Observed an accumulation of rust on the shelves of the walk in cooler.
- [22-31-4] Non-pitting surface rust on food-contact equipment. Observed accumulation of rust on dry storage shelves housing food items. Also observed for shelf housing rice bins, in the dry storage area near WIC.
