  • [21-12-4] Wet wiping cloth not stored in sanitizing solution between uses. Observed wet cloth on counter by coffee machine , not in sanitizer solution , employee placed towel in sanitizer solution.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed soiled waffle maker on the prep table on cook line.
  • [33-11-4] Missing drain plug at dumpster. Drain plug missing at dumpsters, discussed with operator the importance of drain plugs on the dumpster.
  • [36-34-5] Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Ceiling tiles soiled above cooks line to the right of the hood vents , discussed with operator they said they will have them cleaned.

  • [51-13-4] No Heimlich maneuver/choking sign posted.no choking poster available during inspection, provided operator with an educational packet containing a chocking poster at time of inspection.
  • [16-46-4] Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed labels on food containers in the dry rack area , discussed with operator the importance of removing labels from food containers.
  • [12B-13-4] Opened employee beverage container in a cold holding unit with food to be served to customers. Observed employee drink in walk in cooler, operator discarded items.
  • [14-09-4] Cutting board has cut marks and is no longer cleanable.on make table on cooks line, discussed with operator.
  • [11-02-5] Certified Food Manager or person in charge failed to verify employee health, exclusions or restrictions, sent the operator an educational packet with The Big Six food borne illnesses , and discussed employee health restrictions.
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing,observed steel scrubber and sponge on the handwashing sink in the front service area, operator had employee remove items.
  • [42-01-4] Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry, in the back of kit, operator hung mops to dry.
  • [08B-38-4] Food stored on floor. Observed eggs in boxes and black beans in buckets stored on the floor in the walk in cooler, and a bucket of sugar stored on the floor in food storage area, owner removed items off the floor and placed them on approved shelf location.
