Sink and surface utilized in sanitizer buckets at 848ppm at dispenser by dishmachine. Person in charge will call for service. Will dilute or utilize other dispenser until correct ppm. Also, Lysol wipes stored over drink lids at server area. Person in charge moved to appropriate location.

Raw chicken wings ambient cooling overnight observed stacked tightly mounded above opening of pan at 44-45F in walk in cooler. See stop sale.
