  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Ice chute at self dispensing soda machine soiled. Also, two soda nozzles at soda dispenser in dining area soiled. Operator cleaned ice chute and two nozzles during this inspection.
  • [24-08-4] Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Clean stacked pans on storage shelf above triple sink unable to properly air dry. Operator separated pans to properly air dry.
  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed raw chicken (46F - Cold Holding) in drawer across from wok station. Operator stated cook had drawer open during lunch a lot. Operator placed raw chicken in walk in freezer to chill. Retemped at end of inspection and raw chicken 39F
  • [29-34-4] Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed threaded hose Bibb next to mop sink without a vacuum breaker/ backflow preventer.
  • [53B-14-5] Required employee training expired for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Observed multiple employee food safety training certificates expired in July and Sept.
  • [29-42-4] Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. Observed vacuum breaker missing from non chemical side of splitter at mop sink. Observed vacuum breaker incorrectly installed above attached splitter. Discussed with operator.
