  • [31B-03-4] No soap provided at handwash sink. Observed no soap at hand washing sink across from three compartment sink. Operator refilled soap.
  • [01B-01-4] Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. Observed 1-#10 can of Mandarin oranges with deep dent to rim. Operator discarded during inspection.
  • [16-46-4] Old labels stuck to food containers after cleaning. Observed old labels on clean metal and plastic containers on shelf above three compartment sink.
  • [11-26-1] No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Operator could not locate proof of employee reporting agreement forms. Provided DBPR Form HR 5030-103 to Operator via email and Operator completed during inspection. Will distribute to other employees.
  • [41-17-4] Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed unlabeled spray bottle with orange liquid inside hanging from hand washing sink across from three compartment sink.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed top of wood counters holding ceramic bowls at front counter with buildup of dust and debris. Operator had counters thoroughly cleaned during inspection.
  • [31B-02-4] No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. Observed no paper towels at hand washing sink in womans bathroom. Operator refilled towels.
