  • [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. There is a plate inside a container of rice in the walk in cooler. Operator removed the plate.
  • [51-11-4] Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. There is an unsecured carbon dioxide tank in the back storage area.
  • [36-32-5] Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. There are multiple stained, damaged and hanging ceiling tiles in the indoor dining area.
  • [35A-03-4] Dead roaches on premises. There is one dead cockroach on the floor in the dry storage area, on the floor in the walk in cooler and on the floor by the dishwasher. Operator cleaned and mopped the areas.
  • [25-06-4] Single-service articles not stored inverted or protected from contamination. There are to go boxes in the service area that are stored with the food contact surface up and exposed.
  • [08A-04-5] Raw animal food stored over or with unwashed produce. In the walk in cooler raw shell eggs are stored above unwashed potatoes. Operator moved items to proper storage order.
  • [01B-02-5] Stop Sale issued on time/temperature control for safety food due to temperature abuse. Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In a pan next to the grill sauerkraut (95F - Cold Holding). See stop sale.
