- Disposition: Inspection Completed - No Further Action
- [21-10-4] Soiled dry wiping cloth in use. Employee was using dry cloth to clean food contact surface and did not return cloth to a clean sanitizer bucket for future use.
- [31B-03-4] No soap provided at handwash sink. Sink at back of kitchen near doorway to dry storage had no soap in dispenser. Operator refilled soap container immediately.
- [33-16-4] Open dumpster lid. Restaurants dumpster left in an open position.
- [36-17-5] Floor tiles missing and/or in disrepair. Tiles under fryers on the north side of restaurant were soiled and broken beyond regular repair/cleaning.
- [08B-49-4] Employee personal food not properly identified and segregated from food to be served to the public. Donuts were left in the walk in over top of RTE foods. Operator moved food to a proper area and corrected the issue.
- [22-20-5] Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Ice machine had a build-up of a grime like substance on the interior. Operator had talked about cleaning it and was previously aware of a possibility of it being a standing issue.
- [33-02-4] Cardboard box used as garbage container. Multiple boxes throughout kitchen used for trash receptacle that were adjacent to useable trash cans.
