  • [14-31-5] Nonfood-grade bags used in direct contact with food. Observed noodles stored inside non food grade bag next to rice cooker.
  • [08A-17-6] Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature when stored in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. Observed raw chicken stored over raw beef, all products removed from original packaging, stored inside standing reach in freezer.
  • [03B-01-6] Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed spring rolls (87F - Hot Holding) next to fryer, as per operator for one hour. Operator will use time as public health control moving forward.
  • [41-07-4] Container of medicine improperly stored. Observed bottle of prescription medicine stored on shelf above prep area across from cook line.
  • [53B-16-4] Employee has not received adequate training related to their assigned duties as evidenced by the inability to answer basic food safety questions. Observed employee unaware of how to properly set up triple sink. Provided operator with handout.
  • [16-55-4] Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Observed dish machine not working properly. Dish machine has a leak. As per operator technician is scheduled to fix machine today. Operator has triple sink set up.
  • [12A-07-5] Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee put on pair of gloves then begin to prepare customer order without first washing hands.
  • [23-24-4] Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Observed buildup on reach in freezer handles in back area.
