  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Soda plates soiled at soda station.
  • [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Observed chemical spray bottle stored on case of condiments near back door storage. Person in charge moved to appropriate location.
  • [53B-14-5] Required employee training expired for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Several employees with expired training,
  • [08B-04-4] Open condiments provided for self-service not properly protected. Lemons for self service at soda station not properly protected, no hinged lid.
  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. In walk in cooler sauce, meatballs at 44-48F. Person in charge states lost power this morning, have been in and out of unit. Other items in unit 43F or below, ambient temperature of unit 40F by end of inspection. Person in charge discarded sauce.
  • [09-07-5] Food employee not using the two additional control measures after washing hands as required by the Alternative Operating Procedure for bare hand contact with ready-to-eat food. No bare hand contact allowed with ready-to-eat food. Observed employee working under AOP utilizing bare hand contact with pizza toppings wash hands with no secondary control measure. No antiseptic at hand wash sink. Person in charge provided antiseptic.
  • [31B-04-4] No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Missing hand wash signs at hand wash sinks.
