  • [06-09-2] Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. See stop sale. Observed ROP salmon beginning to thaw in walk in cooler and not removed from packaging. Operator thawed fish properly.
  • [14-17-4] Walk-in cooler/freezer shelves with rust that has pitted the surface. Observed some shelving in the walk in cooler rusting.
  • [35B-01-4] Exterior door has a gap at the threshold that opens to the outside. Observed a gap at the bottom of the back door near the dish machine.
  • [51-11-4] Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured. Observed 2 Co2 tanks not secured at the bar. Operator secured them.
