  • [14-11-5] Equipment in poor repair. Observed stand up reach-in cooler in prep area gasket torn.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed handwashing sink handles behind front counter display case has rust like substance on them.
  • [33-16-4] Open dumpster lid. The GM closed dumpster lid during inspection.
  • [36-32-5] Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair.
