[06-01-5] Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner: bags of chicken sitting in standing water to thaw. Chicken at 41° F.
[31B-02-4] No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink: hand-wash sink outside employee break room.
[51-11-4] Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured: three tanks by beverage rack not secured to prevent them from falling over.
