Employee touched cell phone while wearing gloves and then handled clean utensils and container of food without washing hands and changing gloves. Discussed with employee and he removed gloves and washed hands.

  • [06-01-5] Time/temperature control for safety food thawed in an improper manner. Observed package of meat thawing in triple sink without any running water. Operator turned on water.
  • [22-16-4] Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Observed interior bottom of reach-in cooler in back room have an accumulation of debris.
  • [01B-01-4] Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. Observed can of green beans on dry food storage shelf dented and crimped along rim and side of can. See stop sale.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed gaskets on reach in deep freezers in back room, gasket on reach-in cooler in prep area near kitchen entry door soiled. Also, shelving in prep area down middle of kitchen have build up of dust and debris. Also, interior of hand wash sink on front service line soiled. Operator cleaned sink basin during this inspection.
  • [24-05-4] Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed multiple bowls and pots and pans in storage area on shelving down middle of kitchen and across in clean storage area not inverted/ protected.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed white deflector plate in ice machine at front service line soiled.
