Observed blade of can opener, two shake machines, and two vegetable wedges at counter at expo line soiled/ has accumulation of debris. Also, deflector plate in large ice machine soiled. Also, multiple cutting boards on storage shelf in warewashing area soiled/ stained.

  • [02C-03-5] Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Observed carton of liquid eggs opened on Sunday not date marked. Person in charge date marked liquid eggs.
  • [08B-38-4] Food stored on floor. Observed sealed boxes of food stored on floor in walk in freezer.
  • [50-17-3] Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Establishment observed preparing, serving, or selling food to customers with an expired license. License expired 6-1-26.
  • [36-73-4] Floors/;walls/ ceilings soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed floors heavily soiled around fryer equipment on cook line and floor in walk-in-cooler and walk in freezer. Also, walls on cook line, near walk-in-cooler and near hand wash sink at front service line soiled.
  • [14-69-4] Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup up in reach in freezer across from fryer equipment.
  • [41-17-4] Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Observed unlabeled Spray bottle containing toxic substance stored next to fryer. Person in charge labeled spray bottle of degreaser.
  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cooked chicken wings, raw fish (44F-46F - Cold Holding) in reach-in cooler across from fryer. Observed door not fully closed after someone went in cooler. Person in charge stated he will make sure door stays closed to chill foods.
