  • [28-20-4] Mobile food dispensing vehicle using a commissary that does not have sewer approval. Observed portable tank under truck, owner stated he takes tank to car wash which is not approved by the City of Freeport.
  • [06-06-5] Frozen time/temperature control for safety food being slacked at room temperature is no longer frozen solid. Thawing- sliced ham 49F. Employee placed ham in freezer.
  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Shell eggs 59F, cooked beef 61F (10:00-3:52). See stop sale.
  • [53B-13-5] Proof of required state approved employee training not available for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233.
