  • [22-20-5] Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Interior soiled with yellow substance.
  • [23-24-4] Buildup of food debris/soil residue on equipment door handles. Walk in cooler handle heavily soiled with dried yellow substance.
  • [50-09-4] Current Hotel and Restaurant license not displayed. License not posted. Confirmed license and ownership through copy of inspection report conducted on 12/1/2025 which was hung up in managers office.
  • [12B-07-4] Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Employee water bottle observed stored on the shelf next to microwave above prep table.
  • [24-08-4] Equipment and utensils not properly air-dried - wet nesting. Stainless containers on dish rack across from three compartment sink.
  • [36-73-4] Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Observed underneath dry storage racks in dry storage area.
  • [14-34-4] Interior of ice machine/bin with rust that has pitted the surface. Observed nail that has rust inside the interior of the ice machine.
  • [22-08-4] Interior of oven/microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris. Interior of microwave soiled with dry food debris. Interior of both conventional ovens soiled with grease and food debris.
  • [36-64-5] Objectionable odors in bathroom or other areas of the establishment. Observed while standing in front of three compartment sink.
  • [22-16-4] Reach-in cooler interior/shelves have accumulation of soil residues. Bottom interior of biscuit cooler soiled with yellow liquid substance.
  • [12A-17-4] Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Employee working at chicken batter station. Discussed with the manager on duty and employee rewashed their hands.
  • [35A-02-7] Live, small flying insects found 1 live fly observed around. Discussed pest prevention with employees.
  • [03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Ice bins storing raw chicken and batter at 11:40am: batter for raw chicken filets (48F - Cold Holding); batter for raw bone in and bone out chicken (44F - Cold Holding) The label on the box states the batter contains milk. The inspector showed the employee working at the frying station that all parts of the food items were not cold holding at 41 degrees or below. The inspector then demonstrated by taking temperatures in different areas of the food product. The inspector also observed the ice was not touching the end of the stainless steel pan, the end that was closest to the wall, and there was no ice along the sides of the pans either. The employees added ice and water to the cold holding bins. Re-temped batters at 12:21pm: batter for raw filets (41F - Cold Holding); batter for raw bone in and bone out chicken (40F - Cold Holding)
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. When the inspector returned to the chicken batter station to re-temped food items, plastic lids were observed stored inside the hand sink next to hot holding prep table area. The inspector removed the plastic lids stored inside the hand sink and discussed it with the employee.
