  • [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed a bowl being used as a scoop for pork belly inside the walk in freezer.

  • [14-69-4] Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup up inside the walk in freezer.
  • [50-03-4] Hotel and Restaurant license decal not displayed on mobile food dispensing vehicle. Observed food truck did not have decal.
