[03A-02-5] Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Checked macaroni 47F stored inside reach in cooler on side B drawers less than 4 hours recommend quick chill the macaroni pico de gallo 49F in reach in cooler in the pantry area..
[14-16-4] Multiuse food-contact surface not smooth, free of breaks/cracks/chips/pits/crevices. Observed plastic containers has cracked has tortilla chips located on expo line. Chef discarded at time of inspection
[22-20-5] Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed green slime like growth on the interior and exterior of the ice machine located outside.
[22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed black cutting boards soiled located on the counter in prep kitchen. Chef discarded cutting board immediately.
[31B-05-4] Paper towel dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense paper towels. Observed hand wash sink unable to dispense paper towels located in the dish machine room. (Chef found problem changed battery)
