In middle upright freezer in back hall area, portioned raw chicken wings above raw whole fish. Manager moved fish to separate seafood freezer.

Employee at cookline cracked raw shell eggs and continued to prepare other food items and handle utensils without washing hands. Reviewed procedures with manager to translate to employee when to wash hands and change gloves. Employee washed hands.
