Operator identified contents as sanitizer and labeled the spray bottle. Also, unlabeled spray bottle with yellow liquid at three compartment sink. Operator identified contents as bleach and labeled the spray bottle.
  • [08B-17-4] Unwashed fruits/vegetables stored with ready-to-eat food. In walk-in cooler, unwashed whole tomatoes stored over ham, cooked bacon bits and ready-to-eat sauces and unwashed whole green peppers stored over ready-to-eat cut sausage. Also, One can of unpeeled tomatoes on speed rack by back exit with large denting and sharp edges and one can of tomato sauce with denting along top seaming.
