  • [41-10-4] Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Stainless steel cleaner on shelf over make table. Moved.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Interior of microwave soiled with food debris. Interior of oven soiled with food debris.
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Grate in sink at front server station. Removed.
