  • [12B-07-4] Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed employee drinks stored next to clean dishes on the cook line and next to food in the bread prep area. Operator removed them.
  • [10-06-5] In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Observed a scoop handle in contact with tomatoes on the cook line. Operator removed the scoop.
  • [10-07-4] In-use utensil stored in standing water less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in use utensils at the bar in 85F standing water. Operator turned in the water.
  • [12A-13-4] Employee handled soiled equipment or utensils and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed an employee go from dirty dishes to clean dishes without washing their hands. Operator had them rerun the dishes and wash their hands
