  • [11-27-4] Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment.
  • [12A-07-5] Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee put new gloves without wash hands. Coached employee to wash hands properly.
  • [23-03-4] Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed hoods soiled at cook line. Observed fryer heavily soiled by cook line. Observed reach in cooler gaskets soiled at prep area and kitchen.

Observed cooked red beans and cooked vegetables stored inside reach in cooler by white freezer not dated. As per cooked a day prior. Employee labeled cooked vegetables soup.
