  • [41-05-4] Pesticide/insecticide labeled for household use only present in establishment. Household flying insects stored bottom table next to clean equipment.
  • [08A-08-5] Raw animal food stored in same container as ready-to-eat food. Raw chicken at the same container with cooked chicharron operator discarded it .
  • [36-73-4] Floor soiled/has accumulation of debris. Behind ice machine really heavy soiled .
