  • [10-08-5] Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Ice scoop handle at lower floor bar in contact with ice. Operator fixed.
  • [31B-04-4] No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. No hand wash sign in womens restroom. Operator put in a new sign.
  • [22-41-4] Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Dishwasher at lower floor bar sanitizer 0ppm. Operator primed 100ppm.
  • [35A-02-7] Live, small flying insects found Observed two live flying insects in kitchen area.
