  • [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Cup no handle used for portioning in cut melon. Utensil with handle added. Cup removed.
  • [51-11-4] Carbon dioxide/helium tanks not adequately secured.
  • [06-09-1] Commercially processed reduced oxygen packaged fish bearing a label indicating that it is to remain frozen until time of use no longer frozen and not removed from reduced oxygen package. 10 packs of raw thawed grouper in cryovac. Items discarded.
  • [08B-39-4] Raw fruits/vegetables not washed prior to preparation. Limes observed cut from box they were packaged in. Advised manager to educated employees in washing produce before cutting.
  • [49-01-4] Flammables stored/debris present in bar room. For reporting purposes only. Propane tanks store in bar area.
  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw fish stored over cornbread and cooked chicken. Items moved.
  • [01B-13-4] Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. 10 packs of raw thawed grouper in cryovac. Items discarded.
