  • [22-20-5] Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Ice maker deflector plate soiled with mold like substance.
  • [36-37-5] Ceiling not smooth, nonabsorbent and easily cleanable in food preparation, food storage, or warewashing areas. Ceiling tiles in food prep area not smooth and easily cleanable.
  • [38-11-4] Fifty (50) foot-candles of light not provided at a food working surface or where safety is a factor. Lighting in kitchen is not 50 foot candles, have to use flash light to conduct inspection.
  • [31B-04-4] No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. One male, one family, and two female restrooms all missing hand wash signs.
  • [36-27-5] Wall soiled with accumulated grease, food debris, and/or dust. Wall behind soda fountain syrup boxes soiled with syrup.
  • [02C-03-5] Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Some Deli meats and cheese in make table do not have current date marks. Containers have old date markings from previous use. Some items are marked as required.
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Hand wash sink at bar being used as drink dump sink. Operator removed strainer and straws.
