  • [08A-05-6] Raw animal food stored over/not properly separated from ready-to-eat food. Raw chicken breast are stored over cooked wings inside the walk-in cooler. Discussed with manager.
  • [14-01-5] Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. A plastic cup is used for scooping ice from inside bar area ice bin. Discussed with manager. Manager the plastic cup and provided an ice scoop with a handle.
  • [14-69-4] Ice buildup in reach-in freezers on the front line.
  • [22-02-4] Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Multiple boards inside kitchen area are soiled. Interior of one soda gun at bar area is soiled. Interior of reach in freezer, adjacent to fryers are soiled.
  • [31B-02-4] No paper towels or mechanical hand drying device provided at handwash sink. No soap or paper towel provided at handwashing sink at bar area, and outside of office.
  • [08B-38-4] Food stored on floor. One box of a bag in the box soda syrup is stored on the floor next to soda syrup shelf. Manager relocated box off the floor at time of inspection.
  • [22-20-5] Accumulation of black mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine.
  • [31B-04-4] No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Located at bar area. A sign has been provided to the manager. Manager posted sign at time of inspection.
  • [41-17-4] Spray bottle containing toxic substance not labeled. Multiple chemical spray bottles inside establishment are not labeled.
  • [02B-02-5] Raw/undercooked animal food offered and establishment has no written consumer advisory. Raw animal foods must be fully cooked prior to service. The consumer advisory has been provided to the manager. Manager posted consumer advisory at time of inspection.
  • [53B-13-5] Proof of required state approved employee training not available for some employees. To order approved program food safety material, call DBPR contracted provider: Florida Restaurant and Lodging Association (SafeStaff) 866-372-7233. Food handler available for Rachel P.
  • [22-41-4] Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Sanitizer tested at 0PPM due to an empty chlorine bucket. Manager switched to a new chlorine bucket. Chlorine retested to 50 PPM at time of inspection.
  • [12B-07-4] Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Multiple personal beverages are stored on kitchen prep table over clean equipment or plates inside establishment. Manager removed all personal beverages at time of inspection.
  • [22-08-4] Interior of oven and microwave has accumulation of black substance/grease/food debris.
  • [41-18-4] Warewashing sanitizing solution exceeding the maximum concentration allowed. Quaternary ammonia tested over 500 PPM. Employee readjusted sanitizer to 150 PPM at time of inspection.
  • [31A-11-4] Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Employee hand washing sink located adjacent to office is used for store and personal items. Manager remove all personal items from inside the sink at time of inspection.
