Per operator, item has been held for less than 2 hours. Operator added more ice to container to chill.

Observed employee handle raw chicken on cook line and then immediately handle triple sink controls and clean plates without first disposing gloves and washing hands. Reviewed handwashing and gloves change requirements with operator.
